Does any have or know where I can find the criteria of the DEMING Prize and how the specific group (e.g. Human Resources, Product quality, etc) are weighted? Thanks for your help!

Go to American Society for Quality website for the Deming Medal.  The Deming 
Prize is managed by JUSE in Japan.  Try a yahoo query for JUSE or Japanese 
Union of Science and Engineering.

ASQ manages the Deming Medal recognition in the US.  I believe the address is 
asq.net or asq.org  If you have any trouble with that, email 
KProsser@asq.org.  She provides staff support to the process.
