The file LESSON.ZIP contains two files:

     LESSON.ASC, the ascii text of an article called "A Lesson
     Learned and a Lesson Forgotten" By Robert Chapman Wood. It
     was originally published in FORBES Magazine in 1989. The
     article was provided to the TQM BBS by Dr. Myron Tribus.

     Dr. Tribus informs me that he interviewed Homer M. Sarasohn,
one of the two figures featured in the article, in Sarasohn's
home in Scottsdale, Arizona "a few years ago." The interview is
available on a three-hour tape. It is not copyrighted. It can be

     The cost of the tape used to be around $50, including taxes
and postage. Dr. Tribus suggests people interested call and ask
about "the Sarasohn tapes." It can also be made available in the
PAL format for European users at an additional cost.
