An interesting case study. If you are so inclined you may be able to help.
by the Office of the Secretary of Defense Quality Management Office, 1993 Excellent Guidebook for those who have made a commitment to change. Best for those that already understand that the typical behavior of our organizations has room for improvement (not likely to convince someone who doesn't want to change but for those that want to make real changes it is a great resource). Over 50 pages.
In addition to documents stored at our site this library links you to documents from the TQM BBS Library, the Innovation in American Government site and the Public Innovator Learning Network. The Quality Digest Online Magazine includes past issues or the magazine with articles by Donald Wheeler, A. Blanton Godfrey, Joseph Juran, Steven Covey... If you have suggestions or comments please email John Hunter. Also e-mail any document (articles, reports, training material, case studies...) you would like to submit for possible inclusion in the library. Documents must be available for people to download for their personal use free of charge; include copyright and use restrictions when you send the document. Our library aims to provide selected document to help our visitors improve their organizations. Our plan is to have a highly focused group of documents. We believe other sources can do a better job of providing a large selection of documents. Therefore, we may suggest your documents be made available through another electronic library.
