Files in this area comprise most of the files found on the 
TQM BBS.  The TQMBBS can be access directly through FEDWORLD,
or by modem at (301)565-1164 or (301)585-6617 at 1200-21,600bps,
8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit.  There will be small
delays between file posting on the BBS and their loading
here.  If you don't find a file here that is on the TQM BBS, 
send a request by email to quality@eng.clemson.edu.

Most of these files are ascii text (*.TXT).  Some include 
WordPerfect figures, some are archived file sets, and some are 
executable software.  These are zipped.  PKZ204G.EXE is a
self-extracting zip utility.  Be sure to use binary, not
ascii, file transfer for *.ZIP files if you are using FTP.
